Job Description

Working as Senior Researcher within Timeo-Performance,  you will play a crucial role in supporting  our team of experienced recruitment consultants and managers in finding suitable candidates across all industries and all level positions. 

You will work along-side with Senior consultants and Managers  who will mentor and guide you to become a consultant.Full tailor-made training and development  will be provided. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing job advertisements 
  • Sourcing&generating qualified candidates through databases, networking, referrals, social media, online forums, company website etc..
  • Screening incoming applications and headhunted candidates and matching them to suitable roles
  • Assessing and qualifying candidates over the phone 
  • Other ad hoc work as required.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will be a clever and ambitious individual with a strong sense of sales and customer service.  
  • A first experience in recruitment is compulsory, an experience within a recruitment agency is highly appreciated
  • You are CEI certified
  • You will have a confident telephone manner.
  • Able to handle a high volume of vacancies and take ownership of candidates flow
  •  Possess excellent attention to detail, be able to multi task and be comfortable working within KPI's 
  • "Can do Attitude" and willingness to learn
  • Energetic, resilient, hardworking 
  • Great communicator and team player
  • Friendly and optimistic
