SinglePlatform, a fast-growing part of the Constant Contact family, is looking for a VP of Product to lead our team of product managers, engineers and designers into the next phase in our evolution. We’re small and agile with a "make it happen" mentality. We’re still deeply in touch with our start-up roots, but since joining Constant Contact it’s all about scale and sophistication. Pretty exciting stuff, right?

At SinglePlatform, we’re helping small businesses get discovered by allowing them to reach customers everywhere across the online universe. This means that the mom and pop coffee shop on the corner can have the same reach as the big guys from Seattle. And you can be a part of making that happen. 

 What you’ll do:

• Lead product strategy, design, development, and testing efforts to define and deliver the SinglePlatform product vision
  

• Maintain a mindset of high quality and efficiency across the product team           
  

• Evaluate market opportunities and develop the product strategy, ideas and prototypes
  

• Actively work to build and mentor a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled product team
  

• Engage with other leaders on the SinglePlatform and Constant Contact leadership teams to ensure that the product strategy enhances the overall business
  

• Lead and champion efficient agile processes to quickly build products that our customers both love and trust
  

What you know:

• How to lead and scale matrixed teams of developers, product managers and designers in a fast-paced and results oriented atmosphere
  

• B2B experience required
  

• Managing and building products for local businesses and/or start-up scaling experience preferred

• Ad Tech experience a plus

• Production of best-in-class SaaS offerings
  

• Strategic mindset who can also roll up your sleeves and make things happen

• Both Product and Engineering. You will oversee both of these teams.

• That if our customers don’t like it, it doesn’t matter how clean and elegant the code is

• How the product development function needs to interact with other business functions within the company
