Job Description

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Performing daily reporting & QA for ad campaigns
  • Working closely with Account Management team to input campaigns into internal systems, resolving inventory conflicts, and meeting production timelines
  • Analyzing campaigns and communicating with agency and client teams to optimize performance and delivering client objectives
  • Collecting tags and creative from clients and/or agencies
  • Distributing the appropriate tags and creative to ad operations, in-house tech, and/or email manager
  • Collaborate with Ad Tech Manager and Account Manager on custom rich media QA
  • Coordinate with outsourced trafficked to ensure all creative is trafficked properly and QAed
  • Create and work with Account Management team on campaign final wrap up reports
  • Working with Controller to resolve billing issues and collecting outstanding invoices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as digital planner, account manager and/or campaign manager
  • Knowledge of 3rd party vendors, DFP (DART for Publishers), Order systems (FatTail) is a must
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel
