Job Description

You will be in charge of the development of our business efforts in Spain, and will report to the Country Manager. Your mission will be to develop BlaBlaCar's partnerships in Spain. You will be a member of our team in Madrid where you will join a skilled and motivated team, whose goal is to support BlaBlaCar's growth. As such, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and seek out all appropriate opportunities on the market
  • Sourcing new partners to explore those opportunities (internet-based or traditional businesses) 
  • Build strong relationships with our current and future partners
  • Sharing operation results across countries and teams
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications

  • Master's degree and business background  
  • Experience in partnership, account or key account management (3 years minimum)
  • Knowledge in the web and mobile industry (3 years minimum)
  • Familiar with online marketing metrics and business models
  • International and remote work experience - ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
  • Creative, proactive, taking initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Full proficiency in Excel
  • Native Spanish, Fluent English
  • Strong product & technical knowledge is a significant advantage
