Job location: 138 Cecil Street, Cecil Court (near Raffles Place & Tanjong Pagar MRT)

The role:

You will own responsibility for maintaining all aspects of daily office operations and procedures. And for implementing an office organisation which will allow our consultants to concentrate on their respective jobs and on our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Singapore office in all admin duties; the team is composed of Recruiters, Trainers, & Consultants
  • Maintain and develop effective administrative systems
  • Organize internal and external meetings arrangements
  • Meeting and diary management
  • Liaise and manage suppliers
  • Maintain office supply levels
  • Process employee expenses
  • Liaise with accountants on applicable finance & HR matters
  • Follow HR procedures and update records
  • Build the recruiting pipeline and work with the team to hire passionate team members
  • Draft contracts and documents
  • Ensure a high quality of calls Management (act as a polite filter, redirect when necessary, quality of the messages delivered back to the team, etc…)
  • When it is time to celebrate… organize exciting staff outings

Qualifications

  • Singaporean, Singapore PR
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in administrative, assistant, office management, etc roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
  • Confident and articulate telephone manner
  • Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable personality that blends well within an innovative and international environment
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a “go get it” attitude
  • Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
  • IT competent (office suite, email, internet, etc.)
  • Highly motivated and great attitude
