Timeo-Performance is looking for a new Sales and Account Manager to join their team in Singapore.

You will be promoting a unique range of high-value and tailor-made services to prospects, and will be responsible for building successful and long-term relationships with your clients. You will achieve business growth thanks to your entrepreneurial spirit and your high level of energy. Reporting of the role:

This role reports to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Participation in the formulation of business strategies.
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities.
  • Hunting for new clients and opportunities through active networking, calling, emailing and meetings.
  • Initiating contact with targeted clients to discover their current needs, introduce the value proposition and qualify opportunities
  • Promoting our brands with the support of the company’s founders and the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Presenting our diversified portfolio of services and draft commercial proposals to potential new business customers.
  • Supporting the negotiation of new agreements.
  • Gathering information and providing feedback on market trends and customer expectations.
  • Representing Timeo-Performance at networking gatherings, trade exhibitions and other types of events.
  • Using our Corporate processes and tools, recording sales and preparing reports for the Management team.


Qualifications

What you will need:

  • 2-3 years of successful experience in B2B Sales within a Professional Services company. Previous experience selling training / events / recruitment or other related services would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English capabilities.
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to drive conversations with Senior level executives.
  • Strong interest in intercultural understanding.
  • Entrepreneurial skills with a high level of energy, motivation and enthusiasm
  • Ability to organize and structure your work autonomously.
  • Confidence, ambition, drive and tenacity.
