Our client is a Global Leader in the design and manufacturing of Flexible Etched Circuits. They are looking for their Section Manager HR (Recruitment & Employee Relations), to be based in Singapore.

Job Description

Job location: Changi 

This is a strategic role reporting to the Plant HR and Communication manager, to bring added value and elevate the sophistication of the recruitment solutions and other HR services like employee relations.

Main duties and responsibilities to be accomplished

  • You will develop and spearhead sourcing strategies that ensure a talent pipeline which supports leadership and business needs
  • You will consult and advise with management to ensure talent acquisition that keeps abreast with hiring plan
  • You will be responsible for the recruitment of exempt positions with one direct report supporting on non-exempt positions
  • You will drive and manage employee engagement for all levels
  • You will be the point of contact for employee related issues

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified HR professional with at least 8 to 10 years of solid experience in talent acquisition/retention
  • Highly self motivated, resourceful and resilient.
  • Ensure speed and responsiveness at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to adapt a constantly changing environment.
  • Experience in direct labour hiring is a must.
