Our client, a European Leader in technology consulting for the mobility sector is now looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Beijing, China

Job Description

The role of the Human Resources Manager will be developing and implementing a new HR policy within the Joint-Venture.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Build up effective HR processes and corporate culture

- Ensure compliance with current and upcoming labour laws

- Taking part of the management decision regarding:

       o Payroll System

       o Social benefits policy

       o Hiring/training program

- Manage the international employees’ mobility:

       o Coordinating international transfers

       o Apply for foreigner’s work and visa permits and support relocation topics

       o Ensure compliance with individual income tax rules

- Support in developing HR performance measures and identification of training needs

Qualifications

-Fluent in English and Mandarin

-Experienced HR manager (at least 5 years experience) in a Joint Venture context with a good experience in setting up a HR Policy in a new company

-Good knowledge of the Chinese labour laws and good experience in international mobility
