As Content Manager - Member Stories, you will focus on three main areas:

• Preproduction & production of all episodes: collaborating with local producers overseas, which entails developing the story both visually and orally (storyboarding & screenwriting, script writing).
• Editing: proven experience in editing video using Adobe Suite.  Examples of short format videos are a definite plus (30-60s).
  
• Project management: managing existing or new relationships with freelancers, writing guidelines, establishing schedule templates while enhancing and establishing new processes (setting KPIs, gathering video performances).
• BONUS: Grow other projects according to your skills!

• At least 3 years of project management experience, ability to use excel and create reports. Able to negotiate quotes and partnerships.
• Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro master.
  
• Strong storytelling experience, story development with ideally a video porfolio.
• Comfort working in a start up culture with a high growth/agile environment, a problem-solver with a can-do approach who embraces change and rapid work
