The mission of the Finance team is to enhance our business partners’ ability to improve company financial performance and customer experience through their analytical rigor, innovative thought leadership, and proactive coaching. We are trusted financial and strategic advisors.

As a key member of the team, you will drive key initiatives, including:

• Help to reinforce and promote a culture of fact-based problem solving and performance accountability
  

• Continuously improving the Company’s forecasting/budgeting processes
  

• All initiatives will be in support of the company’s foremost goals. Daily interaction with senior executives is expected in this results-driven role.
  

What you'll do:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the budgeting and forecasting activities for the company including the annual budget and quarterly forecasting
• Develop and maintain detailed and summary income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
  

• Track and manage monthly expenses with the latest actual and plan information
  

• Plan and manage the ongoing evaluation of the company's financial performance
  

• Provide relevant metrics through regular reporting and analysis, and develop new insightful metrics
  

• Routine communication with supervisors and stakeholders relating to financial close, issues and deliverables
  

• Develop and recommend actions to achieve company financial objectives
  

• Develop in-depth financial analysis for trends in revenue, cost, pricing and profitability across channels and customers
  

• Create new financial models to support analysis of complex business issues
  

• Perform benchmarking and peer company analysis
  

Who you are:

• 5-6 years related experience
• Strong analytical skills coupled with an understanding of business dynamics
  

• Strong written, communication and organizational skills
  

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  

• Self directed and self motivated
  

• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
  

• Ability to manage competing priorities
  

• Must be comfortable interacting with various functional areas and members of the leadership team
  

• Experience with Salesforce.com and Infor are a plus
