We are looking for a detail oriented, conscientious Freelance Digital Production Assistant to assist our ad sales team. This position is perfect for someone who loves to read copy and HTML code, and is very organized and meticulous.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build emails and newsletters using Dreamweaver and our custom CMS (editing/coding copy in HTML)
• Work with our editors, art/photo department, and ad sales team in uploading content
• Proofing copy in layout
• Assist with sizing images and layouts
• Providing technical and/or copy support to editorial/ad sales team with sold programs

• Must have strong knowledge of Photoshop and HTML - HTML hand coding skills a must
• Strong communications skills
• Must be highly organized/detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment and manage a large workload
