The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is charged with identifying top-tier candidates, for consideration with multiple vacancies, by utilizing sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal/external networks, professional organizations, and technology tools, in support of strategic business objectives.

3 - 5 years of experience, Bachelors Degree.

Strong written and oral communication skills with a Recruitment team.
