Job Description

The Partner Network Community Manager is responsible for the identification and recruitment and day-to-day management of potential publishers in the R29 partner network. This position works closely with publisher partners and internal operations, account, and engineering teams to help ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention throughout the account creation and management process. This position will serve as the direct liaison for each publisher in the network post-onboarding.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the publisher set-up process
  • Serve as initial point of contact, both internally and externally, on issues relating to Publisher support and product performance
  • Provide support to internal business development team to ensure timely resolution of Publisher issues, site modifications, updates and appropriate optimizations
  • Control regular monitoring of site, campaign, and network performance and identify appropriate Publisher optimizations
  • Deliver revenue reporting and status updates and forecasts to partners on a recurring basis
  • Assist with creating sales collateral to educate the R29 sales and account management teams on each publisher’s offerings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ years of experience in an online ad operations or publisher business development environment
  • Good balance of technical support and account management skills. Hands-on operations and/or technical experience in an online advertising environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be able to easily convey both campaign and ad details, and technical information and troubleshoot and resolve issues via both phone and email
  • Well organized and articulate; must be able to prioritize and execute effectively after receiving general instructions for new assignments
  • Demonstrated persistence and ability to get results while building strong relationships
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours (if necessary) to accomplish business objectives
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of ad trafficking and ad servers a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high pressure
