We are rapidly growing and looking for a Senior Business Development Professional to assist in generating new business. This person will develop new clients, help expand relationships and opportunities with our existing clients and will be responsible for developing relationships with decision makers for the selling of the LexRay software and related products.  The successful candidate will have experience in building trust and relationships.

Job Description

  • Identify and close new business;
  • Drive client conversations around mobile strategy and execution, helping achieve the sales goals;
  • Drive business discussions with CxOs, managers, and other decision makers to discover pain points to create valuable solutions;
  • Work with LexRay Leadership to expand the relationships with existing customers as well as establish new relationships for expanding business opportunities; 
  • Conduct analysis of client business operations and understand how our projects will positively impact business;
  • Maintain relationships with multiple customers on a daily basis and assist in gathering customer feedback on project goals from initial inception through delivery;
  • Recognize the needs of the prospect and provide detailed information to about the technical specifications of the LexRay platform and other related items;
  • Investigates new items and makes recommendations based on client needs;
  • Coordinates with company president on pricing and delivery of software to the client;
  • Provides demonstrations of the LexRay offerings both over the phone, through web demonstrations and in person;
  • Solicits information about operational and technical needs from customers;
  • Coordinates customer support after product is purchased;
  • Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties;
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales experience;
  • Must have demonstrated ability selling mobility application solutions or mobility experience with proven generated revenue;
  • Possessing Business Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Negotiation Skills;
  • Experience engaging with and presenting to C-Levels and Executives;
  • Ability to understand business goals and relate how mobile strategies will help customers achieve those goals; 
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing client needs;
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner;
  • Polished communication and presentation both in person, on the phone and through webinars;
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ SaaS experience
  • Mobile Experience
