Job Description

As TV Content Production Manager, you will project manage the local adaptation of existing TV content across multiple markets, ensuring quality and holding delivery schedule. You will work directly with the local market teams to understand and arbitrate their adaptation requirements. 

BlaBlaCar is part of a small circle of innovative, ambitious European startups leveraging TV for rapid international growth. This a unique opportunity to learn how to manage ATL marketing end-to-end and in-house, in a high responsibility, fast-paced, international work environment. 

The BlaBlaCar digital marketing team is one of the best in Europe. A smart, agile in-house design process is a major contributing factor to that success. We use no advertising agencies - all content is designed in-house! The successful candidate will be a superstar project manager, excited to help us continue to grow and build on this successful strategy.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and Design, is full time, and is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project definition with local market team
  • Schedule ownership and deadline management
  • Quality assurance
  • Production budgeting
  • Management of content adaptation process (Voice over recordings; Background music; product demo)
  • Content archiving, backup and structure

Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Appreciation of localisation challenges and a flexible, can-do approach to help overcome them
  • Comfortable to work in a start up culture with a high growth/agile environment, a fearless problem-solver 
  • Work experience abroad (minimum 1 year)
  • Great working English required; other language skills are a significant advantage
  • Office software required; Knowledge of photoshop and video-editing software are a plus
