Main job scope:

• Development and build out the complete strategy and business plan to develop business in Malaysia
• Management and full responsibility for annual revenue targets in Malaysia

Responsibilities and Duties:

1- Strategic Development:

• Work as high level sales person for bringing new clients of the company and ensuring the right level of follow-up with key accounts.
• Management and full responsibility for annual revenue targets in Malaysia
• Regularly analyze the company's competitive environment , the sales results and take the appropriate measures in order to secure and increase the market share
• Use good commercial instincts and networking skills to represent the company with professionalism and integrity
• Overall profit and loss responsibility.

 2- Organizational Management:

• Using leadership skills in order to drive others, establish a shared vision and motivate people to work together to achieve shared objective.
• Invest in supporting and developing employees
• Unite a team around shared objectives.

• A minimum of 10 years of sales and business development experience
• At least 5 years in a Managing Director role in a global environment with successful tracks record in Malaysia
• Strong experience within a "Consultative selling" environment (value-added services, where understanding, questioning and influencing the clients' need is key)"
• Strong Influencing and business partnering skills, coupled with a strong creative and entrepreneurial spirit , will be critical for success in this role."

• Experience with M&A projects would be a great advantage
