Our client, a global provider of business travel payment solutions for corporations, is looking for its  Product and Partner Manager Data Integration, to be based in Singapore.

Job Description

Report to the regional Associate Director Marketing APAC. 

  • You will develop and support partnerships with ERP and T&E system providers in the APAC region.
  • In consultation with the regional manager and central product development, you will be the main party responsible for conducting contract negotiations and discussions with the objective of developing and securing relationships with these partners.
  • By monitoring competitors’ developments and market trends you will ensure that these partnerships are extended in accordance with the relevant market requirements and will regularly inform the involved national and international units.
  • You are responsible for assessing customer requests for Ebilling development and preparing demands from the regional markets.
  • You will work in close collaboration with the central product development team to get these realized.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the success of regional developments.
  • You will support the local Ebilling champions by visiting customers and providing appropriate consultation for the implementation of customers and the development of local partnerships.
  • Besides the product management and development, you will take ownership of the regional 3rd level support.

 

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in Business Information Technology or Business Administration or have acquired comparable skills in practice.
  • You have 3 years of work experience in Product and/or Partner Management, are suitably familiar with the most common ERP and T&E systems and have well-founded market and industry knowledge in these fields.
  • You are assertive and will integrate your good communication and presentation skills into your new field of responsibilities.
  • You like to work in an intercultural environment.
  • Your self- confidence, independence and flexibility are key requirements for this position.
  • To succeed in this supportive and regional role, you are very reliable, accurate and you can cope with a heavy workload, constructive feedback and conflicts. 
  • International business trips occur regularly.
