Position Summary:

The Vehicle Coordinator will be responsible for tracking all hardware for our external clients. They will coordinate with our technicians and customers to schedule installations and removals of all of our equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination and validation of hardware installs and removals
• Monitor and track inventory to project purchasing needs
• Coordination of activities with technicians, Program Manager and client
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer service

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (write formulas, manipulate cells, data organization)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers
