Company Description
Amotec Technology Solutions is working with a nationwide distributor that specializes in conservation and environmentally responsible products. Our client is currently seeking a National Customer Service Representative to work at their Odessa location.
Job Description
• Assure company success by demonstrating unforgettable customer experiences for customers who call and visit
• Support the financial department by efficiently receiving and accurately posting check and credit card payments
• Increase revenue by engaging customers with a working knowledge of our products and services
• Efficiently respond to administrative requests from team members
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of customer service experience
• Basic math and language skills
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, word processing, accounting, inventory, design, internet, and order processing software
• Must have a high level of positive customer service skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, lift or move 20 lbs.
• Must be able to operate computers and other standard office equipment, such as telephone and copier/printer
• All employees must pass a drug test and background check
Additional Information
Shift: 1st
Compensation: $13-$14/hour
