Job Description

As a Growth Project Manager you will be joining the Growth Team in Paris or London (flexible). You will be working with a very skilled and motivated team of people. The goal of the Growth Team is to provide countries with tools and support to help them grow, especially through marketing activities, business development efforts and data intelligence. As such, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the countries’ growth and progress
  • Leading key growth projects (country launches, marketing roadmaps, product marketing evolution…)
  • Setting up and managing partnerships, implementing new sources of acquisition and growth
  • Collecting, formatting and analyzing marketing KPIs
  • Sharing best practices with other marketing teams
  • Setting up, tracking and iterating marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications

  • Degree from a top school 
  • Experience in business strategy or development, marketing or startups (2 years minimum)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Rigorous and organised
  • Excellent understanding of business models & online marketing metrics (CPC, CPL etc…) 
  • Ability to work autonomously with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
  • International experience (1 year minimum)
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Asia and/or Latin America is a strong plus too
