Job Description
BlaBlaCar is looking for a Community Manager to join its Polish Team based in Warsaw. The successful candidate will report to the Polish Communications Manager, streamlining daily contact with the Global Communications team based in the HQ in Paris, and with other community managers based around the world.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Manage all of the interactions with the community across online and offline platforms such as social networks, phone, events, meetups
• Actively manage our social networks accounts on Facebook, Google+, and Twitter
• 1 to 1 management of BlaBlarCar’s power user community
• Manage the response queue for all our users (BlaBlaCar offers a 100% response service)
• Take part in our overall customer support & satisfaction, moderation, product testing and optimization operations.
• Work with the Polish team to plan & execute events in the region
Qualifications
• Passion for BlaBlaCar and the mission of the company
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Polish mother tongue + excellent command of English (written, read and spoken)
• Deep understanding of community management: social networks, event organization and member relations
• Unwavering verbal communications skills in any situation
• Problem-solving skills: you keep your cool and sense of humor under pressure
• Excellent social skills
• Ability to work with international teams and quickly develop an understanding for the cultural differences
