Job Description

You will be in charge of the development of Business and Marketing partnership efforts across the different BlaBlaCar teams and will report to the Head of Growth of BlaBlaCar. Your mission will be to standardize, accelerate and intensify BlaBlaCar's local and global partnerships. You will be a member of the Growth Team in Paris where you will join a skilled and motivated team, which goal is to support BlaBlaCar's growth. As such, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • coordinating all partnership efforts across countries and teams
  • leading global partnership efforts across countries
  • expanding untapped sources of growth through key partnerships
  • developing the "partnership playbook" and expertise of BlaBlaCar
  • training and coordinating local business development managers

Qualifications

  • Master's degree and business background  
  • Experience in partnership, account or key account management (5 years minimum)
  • Knowledge in the web and mobile industry (4 years minimum)
  • Familiar with online marketing metrics and business models
  • International and remote work experience - ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
  • Creative, proactive, taking initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Full proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Any additional language is a significant advantage
  • Online marketing and/or TV marketing experience is a significant advantage
  • Strong product & technical knowledge is a significant advantage

  • Place: The position can be based in Paris or in London 
  • Contract: Long-term contract (CDI)
