Our client, a global renowned fragrance and beauty partner for a growing list of brands with presence in more than 100 countries, is seeking highly dynamic and dedicated Regional Training Manager, based in Singapore.
Job Description
- The Training Manager has overall responsibility for the training function of the company in the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop the overall training program that is cohesive to the company’s marketing & sales objectives
- Enable execution of training programs, in line with the company’s training objectives Manage the departmental budget – optimising development costs, and planning
- Guarantee the consistency of brand presentation and sales speech at all Points of Sales (POS)
- Develop and manage all Training activities and programs to ensure retail sales goals of the company are achieved
- Coach and educate partners’ local market trainers
- Training, managing and development of local market exclusive Brand Ambassadors
- Key liaison with regional marketing teams on training matters.
- Analysis and reporting of training sessions to drive continuous improvement
- Responsible for the leadership and development of individual(s) in the team.
- Manage and track budget for training department, optimize development costs and planning.
- Manage the BAs training development together with the Travel Retail Manager.
- Participate in the recruitment of new exclusive BAs (if necessary).
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with travelling in APAC region
- Experience in luxury goods industry
- Experience in planning training program, and people management
- Confident and experience presenter who can communicate at all levels
- Excellent communications and writing skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Customer and sales focused
- Interest in cosmetics and luxury industry
- Good team player, enjoy working with people of all levels
