Our client, is a leading Digital Advertising Company which is rapidly expanding in Asia. They are looking for their Regional CTO to build the Group's Talent ‘Center of Excellence’ in Singapore and to leverage these programs and best practices across SE Asia.

Job Description

Reporting line: 

The Chief Talent Officer (CTO) will have a dual reporting line; a direct reporting line to the region (Apac) or the sub region leader (SE Asia), and a dotted line to APAC Head of Talent.

Job scope:

  • The CTO will be responsible for the full Talent & HR cycle which includes managing HR fundamentals (with the support of local HR Directors), developing progressive recruitment program, leading the talent strategy to ensure retention and proper career planning and managing initiatives or programs related to learning & development. 
  • As such, the CTO will be expected to ensure the Company has impeccable Talent/HR systems in the region operations
  • CTO particular focus will be placed on Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, implementing proper employee orientation and onboarding, training, succession planning / talent reviews / career planning, performance management, mobility and key executives relations. 
  • In this position, CTO is also expected to directly engage with all senior executives in the region, and support (from a talent and transformation point of view) all the Business Leaders in the region.
