Eligibility :We are looking for independent consultants, no sub contracting (vendors) who can work either W2 and 1099.

Must have the following skills and experience: 

* Experience in C# .net development
* Experience in .NET MVC4, webAPI and WCF technology is necessary
* Experience OR background knowledge on IGuard/WebGuard security tools
* Web services
* Strong analysis and design skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be a self-starter.

Nice to have:

* Experience/knowledge on BizTalk may be necessary & would be a big plus
* Knowledge/working experience in Claims Mainframe & SQL DB
* Insurance/Claims development experience a plus
