The prime candidate is knowledgeable of analytics, CMS production, Refinery29’s content, and trending topics. This person will be responsible for collaborating with the editorial and marketing teams to produce pages that resonate with our readers and help increase our traffic.   

S/he will must be detail-oriented, data-driven, a creative problem solver, great at communicating between teams, and passionate about our mission.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Use of our CMS to develop new collection pages daily
• Work with SEO and marketing teams to analyze and report on key metrics
• Prioritize, multitask, and take initiative
• Communicate with editorial and design teams to create custom headers
• Collaborate with social, SEO and syndication teams to develop and implement new traffic-growth strategies
• Design and run experiments to help properly optimize collection pages

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
• 1-3 years of marketing, production, editorial, or related experience
• Utmost attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work with and communicate effectively with our SEO, editorial, marketing, design, and product teams
• Experience using a CMS
• Experience with web analytics and Excel
• Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the media landscape
